Communication is Beautiful!

I would like to thank my Dad, Grandparents, friends, and family for their love and support through everything – especially my education.

I am grateful for my fellow Senior Communication Disorders classmates in the program.  I wouldn’t have been able to make it this far without our belief and encouragement in each other.

I owe a ton of thanks to Beth Farley from Lingual-Care Associates for introducing me to the evaluation and management of swallowing disorders.  Without your patience and understanding I wouldn’t have learned about Modified Barium Swallows and mixing Thicken-Up in such a fun way!

I would like to thank my teachers in the Communication Disorders Department for their never ending encouragement and strict teaching – you keep us on our toes! We’ll appreciate the hard work and dedication more later I’m sure!

And most of all, I appreciate those who have suffered from Swallowing Disorders; without your participation in studies and management procedures, we wouldn’t have you to thank for our learning and educational findings.  I wish you the best!

To those who read this work & are also studying Speech Pathology and have a passion for Dysphagia; I hope my work and documentation research helps someway!
